David Anthony will present "Judgment Proof? Best Practices for Collections in a Tough Economy." 

Industry experts are predicting an economic downturn soon, and this course is designed to highlight strategies that were proven to work during the last recession. This presentation will discuss specific actions that lawyers and their clients can take, now, to prepare for the next recession, whenever it might occur. Topics will include: effective pre-lawsuit due diligence; post-judgment asset discovery; judgment liens; garnishment options; and a number of other tools to help judgment creditors get paid.
