4 Offices available beginning April 1, 2024. These offices are located at 136 4th Ave South, Franklin, TN in the busy and established firm of Story & Abernathy. In addition to the 4 offices that are available for rent, there is also space for a paralegal /assistant.
Rent is $850 per month for each office. The overhead includes 2 copiers, internet, phones, and front desk receptionist which are shared between 8 attorneys.
This space is directly across the street from the Williamson Courthouse and has two conference rooms available for depositions and Mediations.
