Tips and Techniques for a Trauma- Informed Practice

Brooke Schiferle has dedicated her legal career to advocating for justice for victims of violent crime. Currently, she is an Assistant United States Attorney in the Middle District of Tennessee and the office’s Human Trafficking Coordinator. Originally from New York, she is a graduate of Syracuse University and Brooklyn Law School. Her prior legal positions include Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, and Assistant Attorney General for the State of Tennessee. She proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Thistle Farms, a non-profit dedicated to supporting survivors of sex trafficking.
